What You'll Bring:
- Valid RN license (Single State or Multi-State Compact)
- BLS certification (BLS, ARC-BLS, or BLS-I)
- Strong clinical skills with experience in ICU or acute care settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with technology to support clinical functions
- Exceptional time management and critical thinking abilities
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working in a hospital ICU environment
- Familiarity with Wellstar/Augusta University procedures and protocols
- Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS
- Bilingual abilities
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing (required)
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of direct ICU or acute care experience
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on variable days
- Flexibility to work weekends (minimum every other weekend)
- Participation in on-call rotations as needed
- Commitment to holiday coverage (minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays per year)
- Ability to start by 03/30/2026 and complete necessary onboarding documentation
- A completed Wellstar cover sheet must be included with your application
