Western State Hospital is recruiting internally for RN-II Shift Supervisor (Formerly RNCB) to provide quality nursing care and a safe therapeutic environment for a specific patient population, utilizing knowledge base and experience through the nursing process. This recruitment is for 1 Hickory 1st/2nd shift and 2 Spruce 1st/2nd shift.
RN-II Shift Supervisor will provide direct patient care in a safe, therapeutic environment for a specific patient population in a 24-hour 7 day a week psychiatric hospital that conforms to care and treatment policies and procedures and demonstrates knowledge of population specific needs and competencies.
