Job Title: RN IMC/ Stepdown
Location: Golden, CO 80401
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Local Pay: $64/hr. on W2
Travel Pay: $2534.18/Weekly (Blended)
Shift: 3 × 12-Hour Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Intermediate Care Unit team in Golden, CO. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, monitor complex patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team in a supportive clinical environment.

Job Duties:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient health status through ongoing assessment, data collection, and clinical observation.
• Administer treatments and therapies while performing independent and delegated nursing functions.
• Provide patient education, health counseling, and support to patients and their families.
• Document patient care accurately in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, refer patients as needed, and float to other departments within competency when required.

• Recent 1 year of Registered Nurse Stepdown/ IMC experience is required.

• Current RN Colorado or Compact state license is required.
• BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS, and NIHSS required.
