Delivering Solutions that Matter:Lead the facility's infection prevention and control program through surveillance, audits, data analysis, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with infection control regulations by monitoring practices, investigating outbreaks, and implementing corrective actions. Develop and deliver staff education, orientation, and ongoing clinical training to support regulatory compliance and quality care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify training needs, promote best practices, and improve resident outcomes.
