RN - Infusion $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Infusion Center team. The Infusion Center RN provides high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals receiving infusion therapies, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy. This role is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care while ensuring a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment for patients, families, physicians, and fellow healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with hospital policies and the Colorado Nurse Practice Act.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Safely administer medications, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and maintain competency in infusion therapies.
• Coordinate daily workflow and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate referrals to appropriate support services.
• Maintain professional communication and support a safe, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Colorado RN license.
• Two years of recent hospital nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification upon hire or within six months.
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy course completed or certification obtained within one year.

Preferred:

• Previous Oncology or Outpatient Infusion experience.
