Unlike traditional nursing leadership positions, our Inpatient Supervisors remain actively engaged in patient care while serving as the clinical leader for their assigned shift. Working alongside a team of supervisors, you'll support unit operations, mentor staff, assist with patient flow and staffing decisions, and serve as a resource during complex clinical situations—all while maintaining a strong connection to bedside nursing.

What You'll Do

As an RN Supervisor, you'll balance bedside nursing with unit leadership responsibilities by:

• Coordinating daily patient care operations and staffing activities.

• Supporting nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members throughout the shift.

• Assisting with complex patient situations and clinical decision-making.

• Promoting patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.

• Serving as a leader during high-acuity situations and operational challenges.

• Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the professional growth of team members.

• Helping create a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered environment.

Shift:

Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule: 36 hours/week, 3 12-hour Night shifts

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
