Description
Job Title: RN – ICU
Location: Sacramento, CA
Duration: 3 months contract (possibility of extension)
Shift Time: Day & Night Shift | 3 x 12 | Every other weekend & holidays required
Local Pay Range: $70 - $75/hr on W2 Without benefits (Below 50 Miles)
Travel Pay Range: $3,300.00/Weekly gross including non - taxable stipend of $1,245.00 (Above 50 Miles)
Responsibilities Include:
Location: Sacramento, CA

Responsibilities Include:
- Provide direct, comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult, neonatal, or pediatric patients based on unit assignment.
- Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies.
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Adhere to infection control standards, patient safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Minimum 1 years of recent ICU (Intensive Care Unit) RN experience
- Active RN California state license
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
