Required Skills & Experience:
- Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice acquired through completion of an accredited School of Nursing

- Ability to provide safe, evidence-based patient care in a fast-paced inpatient setting

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an assigned group of patients in an inpatient setting. The RN provides patient-centered care primarily to an adult population while following the ANA Nursing Standards of Practice and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Duties:
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans
- Implement and evaluate nursing interventions based on patient needs
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to adult inpatient patients
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Float to other inpatient units as required to support patient care
- Adhere to hospital policies, patient safety standards, and professional nursing practices
