- Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure required upon submission.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
- GSR Interventional Care:
- ACLS required.
- Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing.
- Recent Acute Care Experience required for consideration. (PCU, ICU)
