Certifications/ Licences:
- BLS, ACLS, PALS and NIHSS
- RN Licensure for state IL
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Education verification is required.
- Current CPR certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certification
- Successfully pass EKG test prior to completion of orientation
- National Institute Healthcare Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- RN Interventional Radiology
- Experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) RN
- 3 years of RN experience with 1 year of critical care experience required
- Cardiovascular Intervention experience required
- Experience working in IR at a Level 1 Trauma Center.
