Job Summary:
Responsible for the activities of the shift including assignment of work and resource allocation of staff, equipment, assignments, and scheduling. Utilizes standards, guidelines, protocols and pathways for optimal care delivery and unit workflow. Actively participates in Quality Improvement, direct observations, and medical record reviews. Acts as the clinical expert and resource for staff Supports unit management in activities to meet department goals. Participates in evaluating, coaching and mentoring staff under the direction of the clinical manager and department director.
Position Details:
Interventional Angio Full-time, 40 hours/week, benefitted 8-hour day shifts
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
• Maryland RN License (or other Nurse Licensure Compact state) • American Heart Association BLS/CPR • BSN required • 3-5 years experience • 1+ years charge nurse experience in clinical area
Salary Range: Minimum 46.57/hour - Maximum 72.18/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
