Help bring new life into the world while delivering compassionate, high-quality care to mothers and newborns. We’re seeking a dedicated Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading healthcare team in Bakersfield, CA.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for laboring mothers and newborns

• Monitor fetal heart activity and maternal conditions throughout labor and delivery

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient outcomes

• Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care

What You’ll Bring:

• Active California RN license

• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certifications required

• Acute care or Labor & Delivery experience preferred

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
