Assignment Overview

• Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Call Requirement: None
• Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
• Holiday Requirement: Yes
• Float Requirement: Yes – Within unit acuity (Antenatal, High Risk OB, OB Triage, Postpartum)

Submission Requirements

• Active Delaware RN License or Compact RN License (required).
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience (no exceptions).
• RN License Number and Expiration Date.
• List of all certifications with expiration dates.
• Full SSN, Date of Birth, and Address.
• All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be submitted with the initial application (no additions after submission).
• Surgical Technologists must hold an active certification (if applicable).

Interview Process

• Voice Advantage (VA) Auto Offer
• Voice Advantage Interview Required
• Nurse Manager Screening/Interview

• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 (based on patient acuity)

• Scrub Color: Ceil Blue (hospital provided)
