Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience required

• Minimum 1 year of travel experience

• Straight Nights 7p-7:00a EOW and Holiday, float to postpartum as needed

• Current license by the Ohio State Board of Nursing

• BLS, NRP, STABLE required

• NICU/ Level II SCN Training preferred

  LOCAL RATE: $2187/wk.

  
  Responsibilities

• Deliver nightly RN-led learning sessions to healthcare staff on key clinical topics.

• Assess learning needs and customize programs to close skills gaps in nursing staff.

• Track learning progress and outcomes using standardized metrics and dashboards.

• Facilitate hands-on simulations and practical drills to reinforce competencies.

• Provide real-time feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance.

• Collaborate with department leads to align L&D activities with clinical targets.

• Document training activities for compliance and accreditation purposes.

• Utilize pipelines to forecast training demand and plan resources accordingly.

• Support on-site onboarding for new hires and contract staff.

• Participate in program evaluation to identify improvements and impact.

• Maintain a high-visibility presence in the unit to reinforce accountability.
