What You’ll Do:
Deliver coordinated nursing care using the nursing process and established standards of care
Assess patient conditions, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate interventions
Collaborate with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
Supervise and support assigned nursing staff while promoting a safe and healing environment
Educate patients and families while assisting with discharge planning and continuity of care
What You’ll Bring:
Active Oregon RN license required
BLS/CPR certification required
NRP certification required
Acute care nursing experience preferred
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and leadership skills
