RN – Labor & Delivery (Contract)

Location: California 93301
Pay: $2,594 – $2,905

Schedule

• Night Shift (2nd Shift)

• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours) or 4 x 12-hour shifts (48 hours)

• Rotating schedule

• Weekend coverage required

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive L&D care using the nursing process

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

• Monitor maternal/fetal status and administer medications/IVs

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and delegate tasks

• Support patient education and discharge planning

• Ensure safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years L&D experience (Preferred)

• BSN (Preferred)

• Acute care experience (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Active California RN License (Required)

• BLS (Required)

• ACLS (Required)

• NRP (Required)

• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) (Required)
