Local Pay: $80/hr - $90/hr -W2
Pay Travel: $3000 - $3550 Gross weekly (Stipends available above 50 miles)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery to provide high-quality care to mothers and newborns in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will support patients through labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery.
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery.
- Assist physicians and clinical teams during deliveries and procedures.
- Manage high-risk pregnancies and emergency obstetric situations.
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with clinical protocols.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent RN experience within the last 3 years.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state where care is provided.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field.
- 5+ years of recent Labor & Delivery experience (within the last 2 years preferred).
- 1+ year of high-risk Labor & Delivery experience within the last 2 years.
- Experience with High-Risk OB patients.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS and AWHONN preferred.
