RN - Labor & Delivery

• Schedule Notes: Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
  " At least 2 years of recent inpatient Labor & Delivery experience
  " NRP certification
  " BLS certification
  " OBIX experience
  " Epic experience
  We will approve up to one (1) week of requested time off (RTO) at the start of employment. Type: Phone interview; manager will call directly.
• Required Education: BSN
• License: Active State of Michigan nursing license
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; TNCC preferred
• Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of experience
• Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
• Block Schedule: No
• On Call: No

Job Summary

Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education. Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team. Participates in identifying solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures the implementation of appropriate interventions.
