Compensation:

• Base Salary - USD $74,880 to $100,000
• Full-time Benefits
• $10K in relo depending on where they are relocating from
• $15K Sign on bonus

• This is a newly opened position
• This position has days and nights, but our main priority is for night shift. Once we fill the night shift positions needed, we will proceed with offering day shifts. The scheduled is 3 12s, rotating weekends, most of the times these are soft scheduling type.

Required Qualifications:

• NM RN License upon hire
• Associate's degree in Nursing
• BLS certification is required
• ACLS, PALS and TNCC are required within six months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of ER experience
• 3 years of nursing experience

Job Description: Day or Night shifts (2 positions available)

Join our team in a dynamic 19-bed Emergency Room (ER) located on the 1st floor, with a 1:4 nurse to patient ratio. Our diverse staff includes RNs, Nurse Externs, Paramedics, EMTs, MAs, CNAs, Phlebotomists, Pharmacists, and Providers, creating a collaborative environment to deliver exceptional care. Known for our wide variety of patient care services, including cardiac, abdominal pain, shortness of breath, strokes trauma, bariatric accreditations, and offer the only Pediatric and PICU in Southern New Mexico. With an average daily volume of approximately 108 patients, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality emergency medical care while working alongside a dedicated team in a fast-paced setting.
