Level 2 RN – Long Term Care – New York 14642
Pay: $1,200 – $1,206 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Unit Overview:
Facility ratio is 1 RN for 20 residents, supported by 8-10 LPNs and 4-6 CNAs.
Environment is geriatric long-term care with wound care.
Facility has no trachs and no acute care needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, assessments, documentation, and implementation of the nursing plan of care.
Oversight of LPN and CNA colleagues.
Medication administration.
Requirements:
Two (2) years' experience in Long Term Care.
Active NY RN License is required.
Certifications:
BLS (AHA ONLY).
