RN Level 2: Long Term Care

Level 2 RN – Long Term Care – New York 14642

• Pay: $1,200 – $1,206 per week

• Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Unit Overview:

  • Facility ratio is 1 RN for 20 residents, supported by 8-10 LPNs and 4-6 CNAs.

  • Environment is geriatric long-term care with wound care.

  • Facility has no trachs and no acute care needs.

• Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, assessments, documentation, and implementation of the nursing plan of care.

  • Oversight of LPN and CNA colleagues.

  • Medication administration.

• Requirements:

  • Two (2) years' experience in Long Term Care.

  • Active NY RN License is required.

• Certifications:

  • BLS (AHA ONLY).
