Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced RN to provide comprehensive nursing care to medically complex patients in a Long-Term Acute Care setting.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Current BLS Certification preferred/required as applicable.
• Previous LTAC or comparable acute-care experience preferred.
• Ability to work 3 × 12-hour shifts per week.
• Strong patient assessment, medication administration, and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to care for medically complex and long-term acute-care patients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in an LTAC setting.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Monitor vital signs and other clinical parameters.
• Provide care to patients with complex and long-term medical needs.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and healthcare team members.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and facility policies.
• Ensure continuity of care during shift changes.
• Perform other RN duties as assigned.
