Shift: Evening Shift | 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
Duration: 13 Weeks
Hours: 8 Hours/Day | 40 Hours/Week
Requirements:
" Active NYS RN License
" BLS Certification Required
" Minimum 2 Years of SNF/LTC Experience
" Strong patient care and communication skills
Responsibilities:
" Provide direct nursing care to residents in LTC/SNF setting
" Monitor patient conditions and administer medications/treatments
" Maintain accurate patient documentation and care plans
" Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff
" Ensure compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards
