RN/LPN- 12-Hour Shifts 7am to 7pm AND 7pm to 7am

12-Hour Shifts, 7am-7pm AND 7pm-7am coverage needed 24/7.   Home Care Nursing Case. LPNs or RNs with Experience Required. (PEG tub feedings and Hoyer Lift) Immediate Need. We can hire Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses for this case. (Additional 12-Hour Nursing Cases Available as well) Client Located in Western Springs, IL.  Pay based on Credentials and Experience.

Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties:

• Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act.
• Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
• Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
• Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.

Position Requirements 

Nurse Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN or LPN license in state for which you are applying. (Illinois)
• Home Health Experience Preferred
• Critical Care Experience a Plus. 
• Oasis Trained
• 1 year experience.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Reliable car / auto insurance.
• Clean background and criminal record.
