RN/LPN- 12-Hour Shifts, Home Care - Weekends

Available Hours: Part or Full Time, 12-Hour Shifts, 7am-7pm  Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 

Location: Near West Side

Position: RNs or LPNs Apply

Experience: Trach & Vent Experience Required, Critical Care Experience Preferred

Pay: $35-$40/Hour 

Start Date: Can Start Training Immediately, Case Start October

Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties:

• Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act.
• Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
• Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
• Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.

Position Requirements 

Nurse Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN or LPN license in state for which you are applying. (Illinois)
• Home Health Experience Preferred
• Pediatric Experience Preferred (Trach, G-Tube) 
• Oasis Trained
• 1 year experience.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Reliable car / auto insurance.
• Clean background and criminal record.
