Whether you're experienced in behavioral health, detox, med-surg, corrections, LTC, or simply looking for more meaningful patient care, we welcome your application.At Avenues, nurses play a vital role in helping individuals begin recovery in a safe, supportive, and highly structured medical environment.What You'll DoProvide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and dischargeCoordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logsCollaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of careMaintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each clientProvide patient education in individual and group settingsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum one year diploma program post - high schoolCurrent RN or LPN licensure necessary to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privilegesStrong oral and written communication skillsDetail-oriented, efficient worker with ability to multitaskCompassionate, dignified character which models recovery principlesWhere You'll WorkAvenues Recovery Center at the Eastern Shore is a 100 - bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services.
