    What You’ll Do
    • Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care
    • Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
    • Monitor resident conditions and communicate updates to the care team
    • Lead and support CNAs to ensure exceptional daily care
    • Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
    What Makes You a Great Fit
    • Active RN or LPN license in Arkansas
    • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
    • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
    • A genuine passion for caring for seniors
    • Long-term care experience is a plus (but we’ll train the right person!)
