Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for compassionate, dependable, and clinically strong RNs and LPNs to join our team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE.

What You'll Do
As a Nurse, you will provide hands-on clinical care while helping coordinate the needs of residents and guests throughout the day.
You will:
- Provide quality nursing care and support for residents and guests.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Monitor resident and guest conditions and communicate changes promptly.
- Use strong clinical judgment to recognize concerns and determine appropriate next steps.
- Support residents and guests with dignity, comfort, and respect.
- Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time.
- Communicate effectively with residents, guests, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Support admissions, transitions, and changes in care needs.
- Respond calmly and effectively to urgent or changing clinical situations.
- Follow established infection-control, medication-management, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Help create a positive, supportive environment for residents, guests, families, and fellow team members.
- Jump in and help the team wherever needed to keep care running smoothly.

Education & Credentials
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
- Current Nebraska RN or LPN license required.
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, assisted living, hospital, or a similar setting preferred.
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification required or must be obtained within Hillcrest's established timeframe.

Physical & Other Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
- Must be able to safely assist residents and guests with care needs, transfers, and mobility as needed.
- Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and movement throughout the shift.
- Must be flexible and calm when supporting residents, guests, families, and team members during stressful situations.
- Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Must be able to utilize electronic documentation systems and other healthcare technology.
- Must follow established nursing, infection-control, medication, documentation, and safety procedures.
- Must be available to work an every-other-weekend rotation.
- Possible exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.
- Other duties as assigned.
