RN/LPN Full-time 2nd shift

Lincolnshire Place is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time 2nd shift positions. Our facility specializes in providing quality care for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with other staff to ensure our residents receive the highest level of care in a supportive environment.

Our team-oriented culture encourages professional development and emphasizes caring for residents with respect and dignity. Shift hours for the 2nd shift are typically from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Requirements

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Previous nursing experience, ideally in memory care or long-term care settings.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care.
• CPR certification preferred.
