About the Job
  • Provide skilled nursing and personal care according to the client’s individualized care plan.
  • Perform ventilator, tracheostomy, and G-tube care.
  • Monitor and document the client’s condition and report changes promptly.
  • Administer medications and tube feedings as ordered (RN/LPN).
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with families and the healthcare team.
