Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one private duty care in a home setting. The nurse will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex medical needs, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in the patient's home
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
- Perform skilled nursing procedures (e.g., trach care, ventilator management, G-tube feeding, wound care)
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams
- Educate patients and families on care plans and disease management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts
- Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience (home care, pediatric, or critical care preferred)
- Experience with trach/vent, G-tube, or complex care (preferred but willing to train)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes
