Compensation
- LPN: $22.50 – $26.50/hr
- RN: $30.00 – $34.00/hr
- Plus weekend differentials, annual raises, and opportunities for growth and advancement within our community!

喙 What You’ll Do
As an RN or LPN in Independent Living at WVC, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional care and enhancing the daily lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate, Resident-centered nursing care
- Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitoring health status, vital signs, and documenting changes
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and care teams
- Responding to emergencies with professionalism and confidence
- Leading and supporting nursing assistants in a charge role
- Contributing to care planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promoting resident comfort, dignity, and overall wellbeing
What You’ll Bring
- Active LPN/RN license (required)
- CPR certification and AED training
