About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and triage based on medical history and symptoms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and families on allergy and asthma management techniques.
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop personalized care plans.
- Assist with allergy testing and interpretation of results.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
- Participate in patient follow-ups and ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of allergy and asthma treatments and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
