Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Variable Night Shifts 12 hours
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Vendor: Prime Time Healthcare

Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The RN is responsible for patient assessments, medication administration, care planning, and coordination with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor resident health conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments.

• Develop and update resident care plans.

• Supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed.

• Document care accurately and timely.

• Communicate with physicians, residents, and families.

Requirements:

• Active RN license

• LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred

• BLS certification required

• Ability to work night shifts in a team-based environment
