Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Long-Term Care facility in Milbank, SD. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards while supporting residents' overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Active RN license in South Dakota (or compact state)
• Minimum 1–2 years of LTC experience preferred
• BLS Certification (required)
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
