Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Beulah, ND
Shift: Variable Days/Evenings | 8-Hour & 12-Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Duration: 13 Weeks
Facility Type: Long Term Care / Nursing Home

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Long Term Care assignment in Beulah, North Dakota. This role is ideal for nurses dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive long-term care environment.

The RN will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive safe, respectful, and consistent care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents based on individualized care plans

  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed

  • Monitor and assess residents’ physical and emotional conditions and report changes

  • Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and clinical observations

  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions

  • Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence

  • Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions

  • Educate residents and family members regarding care plans and treatments

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required

  • Previous LTC, SNF, or nursing home experience preferred

  • Current BLS certification required

  • Strong medication administration and documentation skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

  • Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills

  • Flexibility to work variable day and evening shifts
