Job Opportunity – RN LTC / SNF
Location: Plymouth, WI 53073
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Multiple Shifts Available:
2 RN Openings – Evening Shift 5x8 Evenings 02:00 PM – 10:30 PM 40 Hours/Week Every Other Weekend
Start Date: 05/26 or 06/01
Weekend Warrior 2 RN Openings – 40 Hours/Week
Shift Option 1:
Friday: 06:00 AM – 02:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 06:00 AM – 10:30 PM
Shift Option 2:
Friday: 02:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 06:00 AM – 10:30 PM
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 05/26 or 06/01
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of RN LTC/SNF experience within specialty
Active PA RN License required
BLS Certification – AHA required
Must have Point Click Care experience
Must have at least 2 prior travel assignments
Experience with LTC required
Experience with Short Term Rehab required
Experience with Admissions required
Facility Information:
149-bed facility with 5 specialized units
28-bed Alzheimer/Dementia Unit
89 Long Term Care beds
34-bed Short Term Rehab Unit with frequent admissions/discharges
Fast-paced and team-oriented environment with strong collaboration expectations
Additional Facility Note:
The facility regularly has dogs onsite, including larger breeds, as part of their care environment. Candidates should be comfortable working around dogs during the workday. Any concerns or accommodation requests are encouraged to be discussed in advance.
