As an RN at NHC HealthCare Oakwood, you will play an important role in helping our patients maintain their health, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

What Youll Do:

• Provide compassionate, individualized nursing care using the nursing process.

• Assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and monitor changes in condition.

• Advocate for your patients and communicate with families and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Provide clinical leadership and help coordinate care to ensure patients receive attentive, high-quality service.

• Build meaningful relationships with the patients and families you serve.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Compassion for serving the geriatric population

• Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment

New Grads Welcome! Graduated Nurses (GNs) who are beginning their nursing careers are encouraged to apply.
