Position: RN Manager – Emergency Department (ED) / Nursing Manager – Emergency Department
Location: Frisco, Texas
Department: Emergency Department (ED)
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Schedule: 36 Hours per Week


Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day Emergency Department nursing operations
 • Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain high standards of patient care
 • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and patient safety   standards
 • Lead staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
 • Support staff education, training, and professional development initiatives
 • Participate in quality improvement and performance enhancement programs
 • Collaborate with physicians, leadership teams, and multidisciplinary departments to improve patient outcomes


Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of Emergency Department (ED) RN experience required
•  Progressive leadership experience required
•  Minimum 2 years of ED Nurse Supervisor and/or ED Nurse Manager experience strongly preferred
•  Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced Emergency Department environment preferred
•  Prior experience in a busy trauma-designated facility required
