Position Overview
The RN Manager – Endoscopy serves as an interim nurse leader for a high-volume Endoscopy and Pain Management Clinic, providing immediate operational and clinical leadership. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage staff, workflows, patient care standards, and departmental performance from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Provide interim nurse management leadership for the Endoscopy and Pain Management Clinic
Oversee daily clinical and operational activities, ensuring safe, efficient patient care
Lead and support nursing staff with a hands-on leadership approach
Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting using Kronos, Workday, and Laborlytics
Utilize Epic (EPIC) for clinical documentation and workflow management
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards
Maintain patient flow and productivity in a high-volume procedural environment
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Be prepared to step in and “run the ship” effectively and immediately

Pain Management Clinic (PMC)

1 procedure room
Nurse-to-patient ratios:
Required Qualifications
BSN required
Active Massachusetts RN license
BLS (AHA) certification required
3–5 years of nursing leadership and nurse manager experience
Epic (EPIC) experience required
Experience with Kronos, Workday, and Laborlytics
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead immediately in an interim capacity
Ability to pass EKG and medication exam (minimum 85% score required)
Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be eligible
Preferred Qualifications
CGRN certification
Prior Endoscopy leadership experience
Travel nursing experience
Experience managing high-volume procedural departments
