Compensation:
Pay Range: $115,000-$125,000 Per Year
Description:
• Lead a nursing team in a school-based health center setting in New York, NY.
• This full-time, onsite position requires managing clinical care, ensuring patient-centered outcomes, and working alongside providers.
• The role involves implementing processes and guiding care teams, with a focus on safety and quality care.
Requirements:
• Licensed Registered Nurse in New York State
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience in ambulatory, medical-surgical, or ER settings preferred
• Bilingual skills, Spanish preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Current BCLS, Infection Control Certificate, and Child Abuse Certificate
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to provide quality care and guide nursing staff
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience with telephone triage and diagnosis procedures
• Ability to perform venipuncture and administer medications, including immunizations
• Demonstrated ability to plan, make decisions, and organize work
