Responsibilities
Lead and manage RN team to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance.
Develop and implement clinical protocols to improve outcomes and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in all activities.
Monitor key performance indicators and report progress to leadership.
Coach and mentor staff for ongoing professional development and advancement.
Oversee daily operations to ensure on-site smooth workflow and patient flow.
Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and address escalated concerns promptly.
Utilize data and pipelines to forecast staffing needs and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align clinical goals with business growth.
Manage budget, supply chain, and inventory to support on-site operations.
Participate in on-site recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Document policies, procedures, and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.
Experience/Qualifications
RN license in good standing with state board; active license required.
Leadership experience managing nursing teams in clinical settings.
Proven ability to develop and implement clinical protocols and care pathways.
Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards (CMS, JCAHO/Joint Commission).
Experience with KPI dashboards, data analytics, and performance reporting.
Budget management, supply chain, and inventory control in clinical settings.
On-site recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation experience.
Patient flow optimization and patient satisfaction initiatives.
Facilities collaboration and cross-functional teamwork with clinical and business units.
Forecasting staffing needs using data pipelines and predictive analytics.
