This Trauma Program Manager (RN) opportunity is based in Manchester, NH at a 330-bed acute care hospital and Level III Trauma Center that also houses a nationally recognized heart and vascular institute and an innovative birthing center that pioneered couplet care.

The role. Reporting to the Trauma Medical Director, the Trauma Program Manager leads the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of a comprehensive trauma program — overseeing care coordination across the continuum for trauma patients and their families. The role serves as the primary liaison between the hospital and external partners including EMS providers, Fire Services, Ambulance Services, Police, the EMS Medical Director, and state trauma authorities, with participation on relevant committees. The manager conducts concurrent quality monitoring through ongoing trauma medical record review, maintains the trauma registry, and identifies corrective action plans as needed. Additional responsibilities include developing policies and procedures grounded in current best practice and NH State trauma directives, overseeing the NH TEMSIS patient care reporting system, coordinating ACS and statewide trauma designation site visits, and responding to trauma team activations during working hours to provide real-time guidance and quality oversight.

What we're looking for.

• BSN required
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of New Hampshire
• Minimum of three years of recent acute care experience in trauma nursing
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required
• CEN certification preferred

Schedule. Full-time, day shift with no weekend requirement.
