Job Overview:

Our organization is in search of a committed and skilled Maternal Child RN to join the MC Float Pool at Monmouth Medical Center. This facility is one of the largest community teaching hospitals in New Jersey, where a collaborative team of physicians and staff is dedicated to achieving excellence in both academic and clinical settings, while providing compassionate patient care.

Qualifications:Required:
  • Degree in Nursing (RN)
  • Active RN License in New Jersey
  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS (American Heart Association), and NRP
  • A minimum of one year of recent experience in one or more of the following areas: Labor & Delivery, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Pediatrics, Maternal Baby, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Preferred:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Specialty Certification
Scheduling Requirements:
  • Full-Time Night Shift
Essential Functions:
  • Providing care across all areas of Maternal Child Health for newborns to individuals aged 21, including mothers and families.
