A skilled nursing facility in the Miami area is seeking an experienced RN MDS Coordinator to join its clinical leadership team.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required
• Previous MDS Coordinator experience in a skilled nursing facility required
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and PPS processes
• Experience with care planning and clinical documentation
• Knowledge of PDPM and reimbursement systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Complete and coordinate MDS assessments accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on resident care plans
• Monitor documentation to support reimbursement accuracy
• Assist with audit preparation and regulatory compliance
• Support clinical and operational goals related to case mix and quality measures
