Pay Rate: $45 - $51/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a RN MDS Coordinator for an exciting Contract opportunity in Platte, SD.
Responsibilities
Complete MDS assessments accurately and timely.
Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans.
Ensure compliance with CMS regulations.
Monitor reimbursement and quality measures.
Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams.
Required Qualifications
Active RN License.
MDS Coordinator experience required.
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Long-term care experience preferred.
