We are seeking an experienced RN MDS Coordinator to join our skilled nursing team in the Palm Beach area. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented nurse who thrives in long-term care and is passionate about ensuring accurate resident assessments, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete MDS assessments in accordance with federal and state regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, social services, and other departments to develop and update care plans.
- Monitor Medicare and reimbursement documentation requirements.
- Maintain compliance with CMS guidelines and facility policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness activities.
- Educate staff on MDS processes and documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license required.
- Previous MDS Coordinator experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RAI, Medicare, and CMS regulations.
- Experience with care planning and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- RAC-CT certification is a plus.
