  • 0-1 year of RN experience: $10,000
  • 1-3 years of RN experience: $15,000
  • 3+ years of RN experience: $20,000

About the Role

Join our Orthopedic & Trauma team and provide exceptional care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, trauma, surgery, and acute medical conditions. As an RN, you'll work alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care while helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Care for orthopedic, trauma, post-surgical, medical, telemetry, and neurologic patients
  • Administer medications and treatments safely
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, care managers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Educate patients and families throughout their care journey
  • Coordinate discharge planning and transitions of care
  • Supervise and support LPNs, Patient Care Assistants, and other team members
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Nursing required
  • BSN preferred
  • Current Iowa RN license required
  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS required for telemetry-capable units
