Job Title: RN – Med/Surg
Location: Grad Junction, CO
Duration: 13+ Weeks | Possible Extension
Shift: Nights| 3×12 Hours | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Pay: Local: $65/hr on W2
Travel: $2425/Weekly 

Job Summary:
•    Provide safe and comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg patients.

Responsibilities:
•    Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
•    Administer medications and treatments.
•    Monitor patient condition and provide appropriate interventions.
•    Educate patients and families.
•    Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
•    Maintain accurate patient documentation.
•    Follow hospital and patient safety standards.
•    Float to other departments as needed.

Requirements:
•    1+ year RN experience
•    Active RN License
•    BLS, ACLS & NIHHS
