RN – Med/Surg (Contract)

Location: New York, 798041
Pay: $1,914 – $2,149/week
Schedule: Full Time | 3x12s | Rotational Day/Night/Evening/Weekend/Holidays

• Includes EOW, holidays, and 2 on-call shifts every 4 weeks

Position Overview

• Provides compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a Med/Surg setting

• Assesses patient needs, develops care plans, and coordinates care delivery

• Specializes in cardiac care with telemetry monitoring

• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

• Monitor telemetry and support cardiac patient care

• Educate patients and families on care and post-discharge needs

• Document care and collaborate with the healthcare team

Requirements

• Active New York State RN License (Required)

• BLS and ACLS Certifications (Required)

• Minimum 1 year Med/Surg RN experience (Required)
